Gather, Reflect, and Recharge
In a world that moves fast, where moments of real connection feel rare, stepping into a circle offers something different—a pause, a reset, a space to simply be.
As you settle into the group, the noise of everyday life begins to fade. This isn’t just another gathering; it’s a chance to step away from the distractions, take a deep breath, and reconnect—with yourself, with others, and with what truly matters.
Through guided reflection, thoughtful conversation, and shared experience, you’ll have the opportunity to let go of what’s been weighing you down and make space for fresh energy and new perspectives. Whether you come seeking clarity, connection, or just a break from the rush of daily life, this is your time to reset and realign in a supportive, welcoming environment.
No expectations, no pressure—just an open space for you to show up as you are.
Life moves fast, and true moments of connection can feel rare. Our circle gatherings offer a chance to slow down, breathe, and reconnect—with yourself and with others in a welcoming, supportive space.
In this 60-90 minute session, you’ll experience a blend of practices designed to connect, reflect, realign and restore:
A collective or individual card pull for insight and reflection
Exploration of current astrological events and how they may be influencing you
Breathwork to calm the nervous system and bring clarity
Chakra focus to restore balance
A guided meditation to deepen relaxation
Sound - to help you release tension and reset your energy
Optional sharing—speak or simply listen, with no pressure
This is more than just a session; it’s a chance to step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with what truly matters. Show up exactly as you are—we’ll take care of the rest.

Her approach is grounded in a “science meets soul” approach, focusing on how the nervous system responds to stress, and is paired with soulful practices that help restore alignment and calm to move you from fight and flight into rest and digest. Whether in the workplace or at home, Kaz’s sessions give you the tools to shift from a reactive, stress-driven state into a place of calm, restful and intentional space.
Our "fight or flight" response are a crucial survival mechanism needed today. Originally designed to help us outrun predators and hunt for food. It was all about preparing our bodies to react quickly in life-or-death situations—like running from a bear, tiger. lion OH MY. But today, that same instinct is often triggered by much less dangerous events, like responding to an email, dealing with a stressful meeting, or managing tight deadlines. While the fight-or-flight response is still important, it’s often overactivated in our modern world, leaving us feeling drained, anxious, and disconnected from not only ourselves but others around us.
At Sunwell Wellbeing, we believe that healing and growth extend beyond the individual. We believe our clients are change-makers—people who, through their own transformation, create a positive ripple effect in their relationships, careers, and communities. By working with Kaz, you’re not only investing in your own wellbeing but also contributing to growing a culture of connection, collaboration, and empowerment in your personal and professional circles.

Science meets soul:
Breath, Sound and Meditation are practices rooted in ancient traditions. Sound was used not just for wellbeing or relaxation— but for ceremony, connection, and consciousness.
Civilizations from Egypt to Tibet used gongs, bowls, and harmonic frequencies to realign the body and spirit.
In ancient Greece, Pythagoras, philosopher and mathematician, pioneered the use of sound for wellbeing and developed the Pythagorean tuning system, the foundation of Western music theory.
Today, science and specifically neuroscience is finally catching up — showing us how sound shifts brainwaves, how Breathwork may calm the nervous system, and holistically how these practices may assist in wellbeing and relaxation.
Somewhere along the way, we forgot. As we move further and further away from our history – we forget and start to call it fiction or false.
This is your invitation to remember.
To return to your breath.
To feel the sound.
To meet yourself in stillness.
To reclaim your frequency.
